Bring your past cases.

What you can bring

• An Excel or CSV file, from anywhere you’ve kept cases.
• A PDF case list, including Epic’s anesthesia Case Log. Use the PDF itself (saved from the email or the system), not a scan or a printout.
• A paste of rows from a spreadsheet, or a table copied from a document or an email.

Not yet: scans, photos, and typed notes or lists.

How it works

• Read on your computer. Columns that look like patient details stay on your computer and are never sent. Only the cases you add are saved, to your own account.
• You check it first. Anesto shows what it found and what each case will be. Nothing is added until you say so, and an import can be undone.
• Into the same log. The cases join the rest of your log, on your phone and in Your Record.
• Residents and fellows: bring the cases that are already in ACGME. They come in as history and are never sent to ACGME again.

Before you start

You’ll need the Anesto app on your phone, updated to 3.7 or later from the App Store and opened once, and the same sign-in you use there. Signing in on a computer never makes a new account.
