Am I on pace for my ACGME minimums?
Drop in your ACGME Minimums report, or drag each bar to your count, and see every minimum, how many to go and the monthly pace to graduation. Nothing you add leaves this page. Minimums from ACGME’s Program Requirements for Anesthesiology (effective Sept. 3, 2025); the pace is the same arithmetic Anesto uses.

Questions
Where do I get my report?
In ACGME Case Logs, open Reports, pick Anesthesiology Minimum, set the format to Excel and press Get Report. ACGME gives you a file (Excel or PDF); there is no on-screen version. Drop the Excel file here. If you only have the PDF, open it, select all, copy, and paste it under “Have the PDF”.
Is my report uploaded anywhere?
No. This page reads the file in your browser and keeps nothing. Close the tab and it’s gone.
Which minimums does it track?
The 16 resident minimums in ACGME’s Program Requirements for Anesthesiology, effective Sept. 3, 2025, including the sub-minimums: cardiac with bypass, open intracerebral, and the pediatric age bands. All 16, explained →
How is the pace worked out?
For each minimum you haven’t met: the cases left, divided by the months until you graduate, rounded up. It’s the same arithmetic the Anesto app uses on its Progress screen.
Does it work for cardiothoracic fellows?
Not this page; it tracks the resident minimums. The Anesto app tracks the cardiothoracic fellowship minimums and the NBE’s 150 and 300 TEE counts.
Is this official?
No. ACGME’s own report is the record of your cases. Anesto is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ACGME.
