Your ACGME totals, right in Anesto
Residents and CT fellows: tap 'Get my ACGME totals' on the Progress screen, and Anesto shows ACGME's numbers next to Anesto's. Fellows also see them in the fellowship report.
- Deleted a case by mistake? Tap Undo, or bring it back from Recently Deleted (in Account) for 30 days.
- Swipe-to-delete now works better and smoother.
- Not sure which procedure you meant? Anesto asks instead of guessing.
- CT fellows: dictate a TEE-only study ("I did a TEE for a CABG...") and Anesto asks "TEE study or case?" so it's logged the right way.
- Clearer ACGME status: "On ACGME" when it's there, "Send" when it isn't. If a case can't be saved yet, Anesto tells you what's missing.
- Using two phones? A case sent from one now shows as sent on the other.
- CRNAs: "Your usual" puts your most-logged procedures one tap away.
- Anesto learns each site's setting once, and a name you type is matched just like one you say.
- Better blocks: a caudal counts as an epidural, and a block you didn't name stays a suggestion.
- Backup runs quietly in the background. Check it anytime in Account.

Anesto sends your cases to ACGME
The big one: Anesto now sends your cases to ACGME. Right from your phone. No laptop, no browser extension, no retyping. Free for residents and fellows.
- Connect your ACGME account once, then tap Send. Anesto fills in the form, submits it, and confirms it landed.
- It only ever adds cases. It never edits or deletes anything on ACGME.
- CT fellows: your cases and TEEs go to your fellowship log too.
- Your cases now back up automatically, hospitals included. New phone? Sign in, and it's all there.
- Anesto understands you better: ages, blocks, dates, redo cases, back-to-back cases said all at once. And it's much less likely to fill in things you didn't say.
- On a pain rotation? Log your consults too.
- A cleaner Log, History, and case screen. Today now shows every case you logged.
